- I hereby give my full consent to Quiclo Pvt. Ltd. to send me commercial communication to the listed telephone numbers, whether registered with the National Do Not Call Registry or listed in National Customer Preference Register. I give complete authorisation to Quiclo Pvt. Ltd. to contact me from time to time, either through itself or any third-party service provider, via alerts/SMSes/other messages/calls and other services for commercial/promotional purposes. I also confirm that by sending any of the aforementioned messages/calls, I will not hold Quiclo Laundry Pvt. Ltd. or its affiliates liable under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Regulations, 2010, or other applicable regulations alike, including any amendment thereof.
- In the case of loss or damage to the garment during the processing, company shall be responsible for a sum not exceeding eight times of that garment’s processing charges.
- Checking of pockets at the time of giving garments for laundry, is the responsibility of the customer and no other claims will be entertained at a later date.
- Checking of your garments at the time of delivery is the responsibility of the customer and no other claims will be entertained at a later date.
- The Company cannot be held responsible for shrinkage or fading of color, damage to zari/hand printed work/bead work or thread/embroidered work resulting from normal processing.
- The Company cannot be held responsible for defects inherent in weaving and textile of the garment.
- We examine each and every garment at the time of receiving them, any defects that went unnoticed by our Delivery Executive will be thoroughly examined at our facility. Any such concerns shall be brought to the notice of the customer and sent for further processing only after approval from the customer.
- The original colors of some fabrics may fade or spread in normal dry cleaning/ laundry process for which company cannot be held responsible.
- Old & Weak fabrics may get torn in normal laundry process, for which the company cannot be held responsible.
- Stain/color spread removal is charged extra and not guaranteed.
- We insist upon prompt delivery, however, customers are requested to co-operate with us for any delay due to unavoidable circumstances.
- The Company Shall wait for a maximum of 30 days after the garments are made ready and informed to the customer for collection. Items not collected after 30 days will not be retained.
- Wrong Delivery/Return of Garments- Returns must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery. Company is not responsible for Missing / Wrong Delivery of items after the stipulated time.
